The Gold Service Scholarship is the UK’s most prestigious Front of House Service award, Patronised by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The award was created in 2012 to help ambitious individuals develop exceptional skills within the hospitality industry. Building upon a strong heritage of UK excellence in service, the award exceeds the standards of the thriving hospitality sector. Winners are invited to participate in work placements with senior service professionals, hospitality masterclasses, mentoring, travel and more. The winning scholar is invited to join the Trustees at a luncheon at Coutts, The Strand, with a special menu created by Executive Chef Peter Fiori, to agree on a planned placement, support and mentoring programme.
