Mentzendorff is excited to announce that they will be adding BEAU VIVA, their first alcohol-free wine, to their portfolio. This alcohol-free Sparkling Rosé will be showcased for the very first time at this year’s Mentzendorff Portfolio Tasting on Tuesday 4^th March.

The concept behind BEAU VIVA’s creation comes thanks to renowned Provence rosé producer, Maison Saint Aix. In creating this release, they have employed all their expertise in premium rosé production in a region at the heart of rosé craftsmanship.

BEAU VIVA was conceived from a desire to reimagine the essence of celebration, merging the time-honoured traditions of Provence rosé production with a modern vision of inclusivity. The wine is made exclusively from carefully selected grapes from the South of France; thoughtful sourcing that allows the team to create a wine that stands apart, delivering the elegance and complexity of a premium sparkling rosé while remaining completely alcohol-free. The alcohol is extracted using vacuum distillation to maintain the wine’s integrity and preserve its most delicate aromas. The wine itself has aromas of fresh citrus with juicy strawberry and raspberry paired with delicate floral notes. On the palate it is balanced and complex, revealing zesty grapefruit, orange blossom, strawberry and raspberry.

Combined with in-depth research into the art of non-alcoholic winemaking, this creation represents a perfect balance of tradition and innovation. It’s the result of years of dedicated study and meticulous development – an accomplishment I am immensely proud to unveil.”

BEAU VIVA will be available in the UK from April 2025 with an RSP of £28.
