Throughout 2023, Mentzendorff have been proud to support The Felix Project and all the good work they do in and around London.

The Felix Project having been running since 2016, working to collect fresh, nutritious food that cannot be sold in supermarkets. They then redistribute this surplus food to charities and schools so they can provide healthy meals and help the most vulnerable people in our society.

We have supported the charity in various ways this year. Each member of our team took part in a volunteering day to help at one of their warehouses. We sorted, collected and organised food that would have otherwise been rejected by supermarkets to ensure it could be delivered quickly and efficiently to people who needed it most.

Bryn Fowler and Mark Beatson also took part in The Felix Project’s #SantaStairClimb last month, which involved a climb of 48 floors to reach the top of One Canada Square. Mentzendorff took joy in supporting the two employees raise money for the cause.

Most recently, our CSR ‘Team Champions’ decided to swap our annual Secret Santa gift giving for a much more worthy cause… We decided to put the money that we would have ordinarily put towards our Secret Santa gifts, towards The Felix Project. Proud of this change, Mentzendorff matched the money raised, creating a total of £756. This amount equates to 2116 meals which we hope will make a big difference to many people this Christmas.

A great way to end the year – well done all!
