Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Brian and Ann Croser at the Sky Garden, Fenchurch Street, for a delicious lunch event.


It was a really fantastic tasting, with the legendary Brian Croser talking us through some fabulous vintages and the Tapanappa range. Brian shared his story of 40 years of winemaking and his realistation of selecting Distinguished Sites: matching the climate, soil and geology of a location to the right varieties, while fastidiously managing the vineyard to make unique Australian ‘terroir’ driven wines.


He’s an advocate of the simple fact that “‘good’ wines, are wines that can age” – words to live by!
